can be reached by calling the office number and following the pager instructions.

Patient office hours are by appointment:

Monday	7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Tuesday	7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Wednesday	8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday	7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday	7:00 AM - 3:00 PM twice a month
